We recommend using a shipping service with tracking ability or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will notify you by phone or email when we receive your returned item, and then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If we do not have more inventory of the item you wish to replace, we will offer a substitute item or refund, whichever you choose.
