1.5 oz Brandy 1.5 oz Ruby Port (a red port such as Barnard Griffon Syrah Port) .5 oz Orange Curacao 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters Add all ingredients into a martini shaker with ice. Shake well, and pour into martini or low ball glass.
1 teaspoon Sugar 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters 1/4 oz Water 2 oz Cranberry Brandy Sprite/7-up to top off In a low ball glass, add sugar, bitters, water, and brandy. Stir well. Top off with Sprite or 7-up. Garnish with Orange Wedge and Maraschino Cherry.
2 oz London Dry Gin 5 Mints Leaves 1 oz Simple Syrup 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice In a cocktail shaker muddle mint and simple syrup. Add Lime Juice and Gin, and fill with ice. Shake, then strain into a cocktail glass.
