Solar Sidecar
1.5 oz Solar Spirits Cranberry Brandy
0.75 oz orange liqueur
0.75 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Add all ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel twist. (Add a sugar rim if you’re feeling fancy.)
